Payment terms


Finalising a booking constitutes your intention and offer to enter into a contract, where we will provide you with the services you have booked in exchange for your payment of the total amount listed upon checkout. A contract is not formed until we have approved your payment and you receive an email from us confirming that your booking is being processed.

Amounts stated on this Website include GST. Holistic Haven will provide you with a tax invoice upon completion of your order, outlining the taxable supply by Holistic Haven..


Holistic Haven reserves the right to charge credit card surcharges in the event that payments are made using a credit, debit or charge card (including Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club).

Holistic Haven may use third-party payment providers, including PayPal to collect payments. The processing of payments by the Payment Provider will be, in addition to these Terms and subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Provider. We are not liable for the security or performance of the Payment Provider.  We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Provider to correct, any errors or mistakes in collecting your payment.

Holistic Haven takes all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
