Return and Refund Policy
At Holistic Haven Mindful Wellness, we are committed to providing products that support your wellbeing with care and integrity. We take pride in the quality of our offerings and handle each order with intention and attention.
Returns & Exchanges – Faulty or Damaged Items Only
We only accept returns or exchanges if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible:

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number), along with a clear photo and description of the issue.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

How to Report a Faulty or Damaged Item
Please email us at hello@holistichavenwellness.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos. We will review your request and respond with next steps. If approved, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned before processing.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
