Our holistic treatments and services include Floatation Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Mindfulness Meditation, Holistic Counselling, and Spinal Flow.
Our aim is to help you achieve greater levels of happiness by improving your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. We believe that we can all be happier if we take steps to improve our physical health and wellbeing.
The human body is made up of energy pathways known as meridians which run throughout the entire body. These pathways are used for balancing energy in every part of the body to ensure optimal health.
Holstic therapies are beneficial in opening your meridians and allowing the energy to flow freely throughout the body. You will feel more peaceful, energised and clear.
Holistic Haven is founded by Brianna Wills who has a Bachelor of Psychology, Graduate Diploma of Counselling, Diploma of Mindfulness Therapy, Advanced Diploma of Meditation and Holistic Counselling and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR Therapy).

Brianna Wills is the heart behind Holistic Haven Mindful Wellness. As a holistic counsellor, spinal flow practitioner, meditation teacher, and breathwork coach, Brianna brings a deeply intuitive and grounded presence to her work.
Meet the Founder

With a passion for helping others reconnect to their authentic selves, she weaves together body-based healing, soulful guidance, and mindful practices to create safe, nurturing spaces for transformation. Brianna founded Holistic Haven as a sanctuary for those seeking calm, clarity, and connection, a place to come home to yourself.
Brianna has been a counsellor for over 16 years, with seven years dedicated to walking alongside people through their experiences of trauma. For more than 20 years, mindfulness meditation has been a steady anchor in her own life, allowing her to deeply appreciate the lasting healing and transformation that holistic approaches can offer, both personally and professionally.
When not holding space at Holistic Haven, Brianna is usually in the thick of family life, chasing after her three beautiful kids at the playground, or trying to drink a cup of tea while it’s still warm. After having twins in 2021 and having three children under three, she experienced the overwhelming challenge of postnatal anxiety firsthand. Navigating those early years taught her the deep importance of self-care, presence, and gentle support.
Amidst the chaos and cuddles, Brianna finds grounding in the little things: barefoot beach walks, deep breaths by the ocean, slow moments in nature, and quiet pockets of time to journal or reset. Her connection to the sea and the earth helps her come back to herself, especially on the messy, full days. Life is busy, but it’s rich with love, laughter, and meaning, and she is constantly learning to meet it all with presence and compassion.
