The Children's Blend is a blend of fermented foods. It is formulated specifically for the nutritional requirements of the special littlest loves in our lives, when consumed as part of a healthy diet. It provides wholesome nutrition and gives the parents a sense of happiness.
When consumed as part of a healthy diet involving the consumption of a variety of foods, The Children’s Blend contains vitamin A which contributes to normal iron metabolism and normal immune system function, as well as vitamin C, which contributes to iron absorption from food, normal energy metabolism and normal collagen formation for normal function of teeth and gums. The Children’s Blend provides iodine necessary for normal cognitive function and normal energy metabolism.
It also provides a source of folate, which contributes to normal growth and development in children, plus vitamin B12 which is necessary for normal neurological structure and function. Both folate and B12 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

SERVING SUGGESTION
- Infants aged 7-12 months can enjoy a serving size of 3g daily (½ - 1 tsp)
- 1-3 year olds can enjoy a serving size of 6g daily (1 ½ tsp)
- 3+ year olds can enjoy a serving size of 8g daily (2 tsp)
Whilst we often just use a spoon, water and the blend to roughly mix it in a glass and guzzle, I understand some of you want to make sure it is completely emulsified - and this is totally possible!
Because the blend is free from chemical emulsifiers (eg soy lecithin), the blend will need a little help to completely mix in water, and the following quick and easy methods help you do just that.
- Use juice instead of water. Whilst to me and many the beetroot juice makes for a sweet taste, organic, pure apple, orange or pineapple juice is also so delicious!
- Add your serving to any jar or mixer cup along with just a ¼ - ½ cup of water or juice and shake, shake, shake! It will completely emulsify and is like having a juice with zero pulp.
- Blitz your serving with ¼ - ½ cup of water in your blender just for a few seconds and it will emulsify to a pure juice.
- Combine your serving with a very small amount of water and turn it into a paste consistency using a spoon then add around ¼ - ½ cup of water until it is fully emulsified.
- Add it into a smoothie or smoothie bowl with foods like strawberry, blueberry, banana, coconut cream, coconut milk or coconut yoghurt, pure grass fed collagen powder, cucumber, zucchini, etc.

- Sprinkle on top of warm porridge (not too hot!) and stir
- Add to unsweetened yoghurt with berries and/or other fruit
